Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within London only. If you are within surrounding London areas, please call us on 020 3965 0759 or email us at sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk before placing an order. Orders placed for outside London without prior confirmation will not be processed. For outside London customers, you are welcome to place an order an arrange collection from our London warehouse by appointment.

Delivery Process

We offer Select Day delivery on all items at no extra cost. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call between 8am to 1pm to provide you a rough time estimate for your delivery.

We offer a very economical delivery service including free select day delivery. As such, while we endeavour to provide you a rough timeslot on the day of delivery, please note standard delivery terms are all-day delivery. Rest assured, the driver will call you at least 1 hour before your delivery. 

Our standard free delivery service is to ground floor only. For upper floors without lift or for flats with a walking distance from the unloading area, the courier will charge additional labour. This is normally £10 per floor per item (or per walking distance per item). If you do not wish to pay labour charge, please ensure you have help available to accept delivery from ground floor.

If your desired delivery date is not selectible for any product, either the product is due to arrive in stock or our delivery capacity for that day has exceeded.

If you have selected multiple products, the delivery date available on checkout will be based on the soonest date when all products are available for delivery. If you are happy to receive delivery separately for each item, please place the orders separately for each and select the respective delivery dates at checkout.

Delivery Hours

Delivery is typically between 7am to 10:30pm and is booked with customers in the morning with a rough timeslot. Please note we do not guarantee timeslots as this depends on route and traffic.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for themselves or an authorised party to receive delivery on the delivery day. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for collection as the delivery crew is unable to wait for payment to be arranged.

Up to 92% of our orders are delivered within the ETA displayed on the product pages at the time of ordering and a large proportion are delivered by next day. However, please note some orders can take up to 7 working days for delivery. Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is required until the item has been delivered.

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Sunday and may occasionally run special delivery service on Bank Holidays.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is enough access space for the item to pass through with ease. In the event an item is returned due to access issues, a handling charge of £30 - £50 will incur in addition to full failed delivery charged by the courier.

Where fitting service has been purchased, this is organised with freelance professional handymen who will aim to complete the job as efficiently as possible. The item must be inspected thoroughly upon job completion and any issues stated prior to signing. If this is not indicated on spot, no claims can be accepted for damage/fault after.

The courier drivers are not responsible for setting up items.

The drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if the vicinity/area is deemed unsafe or their personal safety is at risk.

If the customer's location is distant from available parking/unloading area, the customer must make prior arrangements to unload and carry the item to their premises. Labour charges may apply if courier assistance is required (where available).
