Our returns policy is simple, easy to follow and fixed.

Just didn't like your purchase?

Provided the item is in original brand new condition, we can arrange a return collection and refund. To open a return or exchange request, email sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk with your order number and attach clear images showing the item condition. For change of mind returns, return costs are fixed and are borne by the customer. Please see charge sheet below:

Bedframes only - £30/unit
Mattresses only - £30/unit
Bed and mattress only - £40/set
Wardrobes - £50/unit
Medium size sofas - £50/unit
Large size sofas - £70/unit
Other small items - £20-£30/unit
Other medium size items - £40-£60/unit
Other large size items - £70-£150/unit

Received a Faulty/Damaged item?

Email us at sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk with your order number and clear images and we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible. Mirrors are not eligible for return/exchange claims and must be inspected on delivery.
